How do you use Planyo?
Planyo is embedded in our existing html pages, allowing customers to easily make their own reservations. All team members have separate administrator accounts so that we can track who enters and updates reservations. Online payment is planned for the future.

The system has proved reliable in meeting most of our needs. No downtime has been experienced since going live in February of this year (2011). And Planyo has been extremely responsive in making requested customizations, helping us understand the technology, responding to bug reports, and considering our suggestions as they continue upgrading the system.
