Each apartment (50 sq m - up to 6 beds) has an independent double bedroom (with the possibility of an additional bed), with balcony + independent bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, large living room with equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge , electric oven, dishwasher, with additional double sofa bed, 32 inch LCD TV and DVD player, WI-FI with FIBER.
  FOR FREE WEEKLY STAYS USE OF BICYCLES AVAILABLE AT THE APARTMENT. In 20 minutes of a quiet cycle path that runs alongside the Toce river, you can reach Lake Mergozzo, excellent for swimming.

  Welcoming little villa with independent garden, garage (also for motorbikes and bicycles) composed by two new and beautiful apartments (at the ground floor the Orange and at the first floor the Blue), in the calmness and greenery, a few minutes far away from the main touristic places of Maggiore Lake, Orta Lake and Mergozzo Lake, Ossola’s valleys and mounts. During the winter, these apartments – with garage as warehouse for the ski equipment – are ideal for people who like to reach the main winter sport places to play ski, alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, and walks or to visit the cities in the valley. The Orange apartment (50 square mt and 6 places) has a double independent bedroom (with possibility to have a third bed) with balcony, bathroom with shower, furnished kitchen ( burner, fridge, electrical oven and dishwasher). There’s also a big sitting room with two sofas, one is a double sofa bed (in this way is possible to have two independent bedrooms) and, Tv LCD 32 inch and DVD.
