The large master suite has a queen bed, full bath, TV and large a walk-in closet. There's a double bed and a twin in the smaller second bedroom. Also, a "Bahama Bed" in the living room comfortably sleeps one adult. Cable, stereo, DVD player, baby pack-n-play, board games in case it rains and a sun umbrella when it shines are included!

The building has a workout room, pool, beach chairs, charcoal grills, vending machines and beach hammocks, as well as laundry machines on each floor.

Less than 5 blocks away are Surfside and BalHarbour's many fine restaurants and shops. 2 blocks away is the Temple of Bal Harbour. It is 8 blocks to St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
Exciting South Beach is only 20 minutes away (drive or grab the bus across the street). The Miami International airport or Ft. Lauderdale Airport are approximately 30 minutes away.

Minimum stay of 2 nights midweek and 3 if your stay includes Friday or Saturday. Please be aware that during the Season (March and April), I may not accept short stays or may charge more for a short booking as the demand is too great.
