The Courtyard is a corner studio apartment that sleeps four people. With a Surfer designed, the studio has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area has a flat screen television, dvd player and a wonderful speaker system by Vizio for surround sound. There is also a desk for work time. There is a queen size bed and a comfy futon that opens to a full size bed. A laundry facility is also included. The place is a cozy studio, small but everything you need for a little home away from home.

The Courtyard is located just a short half block scenic walk to the ocean through a beautiful tropical park full of Florida’s indigenous plants, palm trees and sea grapes. There is a beach front playground for children, a cross-fit track, dog park, picnic areas and a new boardwalk that trails the beach. There is also a great basketball park two blocks away, many fine dining restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, bars and shops all within walking distance.
