Checked luggage is not allowed in the Transit Area. Guests must be through-checked passengers to stay with us.
Guests arriving and departing from Changi Airport Terminal 4, as well as those coming from the city or flying with budget/low-cost carriers, must remain airside when using our transit hotel.
