Terms and conditionsCancelations must be made 3 weeks in advance of the party date, or the $100 deposit will not be refunded. Participating guests in Reading Bug Birthday Party activities must be 3 years old or older. To ensure proper staffing and preparation for your party, total headcount (child party attendees) must be finalized no later than the Wednesday prior to your party. Pricing is based on this final headcount number even if some guests do not attend the event. Parties do not include cake or cupcakes, but you are welcome to bring your own. The Reading Bug hostesses will serve cake as part of the party services. You may bring additional food as well and The Reading Bug Staff appreciates your letting us know in advance if you plan to have food at your event. No alcohol is permitted.
