Staff Cancellation Policy*
In the event that I cannot serve as staff, I agree to notify the registration office at Deer Park Monastery by e-mail or phone. I understand that the $25 application fee is non-refundable (except if my application is declined) and that registration is non-transferable.
Retreat Participation Policy*
By checking this box, I acknowledge that I am applying for a mindfulness retreat staff program. If accepted, I understand that I am expected to participate in the daily retreat schedule of the monastery and to practice according to the Five Mindfulness Trainings during my stay (the Trainings can be found on "The Mindfulness Trainings" page of the Deer Park website). I also understand that I am expected to remain on the monastery grounds for the duration of my retreat, unless I receive permission to leave and entry information to reenter. Further, I understand that, except in cases of emergency, I will not have access to monastery phones, computers, internet, or Wi-Fi, and that outside work, school, and family obligations must be set aside during my stay.
