On holiday/long weekends (as determined by management), there is a 4 day minimum charge which will be added to the reservation if applicable. a deposit equal to the first two nights stay must be paid in advance. Reservations or changes must be cancelled 10 days in advance in order to receive a refund or avoid charges if a pet does not stay for the full time reserved.
