  • Contract of Agreement A non refundable deposit of (30 to50%) is to be paid via bank transfer or via PayPal (plus 4% for PayPal charges) to confirm the booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. The security deposit (€ 200/400) will be reserved on your date of arrival and will be released on departure. Choosing the option to pay the balance at the check-in please provide cash :credit card is not possible . The balance must be payed at the arrival with the security deposit. The rental of the property includes water, electricity, 1 set of linen and towels per week, final cleaning , Wifi and towels for the pool. Heating is charged separately in winter at 4 euro per cubic metre if used. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, sheets, blankets. The rental unit is equipped with basic cleaning equipment, toilet paper nor condiments (oil, salt etc)and the Client is required to replace them when finished. The Visitor's tax is not included : see below. The letting starts from 4 PM on the date of arrival to 10 AM on the date of departure. The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected in between lets to ensure everything is in good order. Tenants are asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them. On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and a general clean. We rely upon the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate. Should the property be left in a poor condition, requiring more intensive cleaning, then this will be charged 15,00 Euro per hour and deducted from the security deposit which the tenants pay upon arrival. The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated in the web pages except in the case of infants (less than 2 years old). In the event that the maximum number of individuals exceeded, the Owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke the booking. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed by the owners. If the Client intends to host an event such as a wedding, it is required to notified prior to the Clients arrival at the villa and must be agreed upon in writing by the Owner. Check-in and check-out Check in / Check out: arrival/departure must be as follows: Arrival: Saturday from 4 p.m. To 7.30 p.m. Departure: Saturday by 10 a.m. Any change to the arrival date and arrival time must be advised at least 7 days in advance. The late check in between 7.30 to 10 p.m. is charged 30 to 50 euros extra. . In case of unavoidable delay on the Saturday of arrival, the Renter must call die owners as you can find in the “Directions advise”. In the event that the owner or his representative are not available and it is not possible to advise the owner or his representative of a late arrival, in the event that the late arrival was not previously advised of or if the owner cannot accept a late arrival, the Renter alone is responsible for the cost of the overnight stay in a hotel. The owner or his representative who are then obliged to make an unplanned displacement to the property are entitled to claim from the Renter the reimbursement of their expenses. On arrival the Renter must show the rental voucher as well as all guests' passports or identity cards to the owner or his representative to enable them to proceed with their registration in accordance with Italian legal requirements. Cancellations - cancellation fee Any cancellation must be in writing and addressed to via mail. Pets The Renter is obliged to advise at the time of booking if he is bringing any pets with him and he should communicate numbers and size. Pets are admitted only under request. It is compulsory for the Renter to supervise pet(s) within the communal areas of the accommodation. The owner, will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever. We advise you to arrange your own insurance to cover yourselves and your personal belongings whilst staying at the property. The tenant agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting. The booking is produced on the basis of the information given on the web site which we guarantee are accurate. Should the tenants not be satisfied with their rental accommodation, they should take this up immediately with the owner on arrival, any complaint or request for compensation received after departure will not be taken into consideration.
